Transit Glass & Aluminum Limited was formed in September 1999 by Bill Byers, as Company President and Denis Sicard, as Secretary Treasurer.

Currently employing a staff of over 50 full time employees that are dedicated to tirelessly and successfully executing contracts that carve out Transit Glass & Aluminum Ltd.’s culture of success as the leading glazing contractor in the Ottawa Region installing products from curtain walls, windows, skylights, fire rated curtain walls to structural glass walls.
